Sara plans a different class each week that is both engaging and fun. She clearly explains each posture, guiding us to achieve balance and alignment. She encourages us to have a go and challenge ourselves while still emphasising the importance of listening to our own bodies. I have been attending Sara's classes for 10 years and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
I have found Sara's classes very enjoyable. They are varied in content teaching you correct postural awareness while increasing your strength and flexibility. She gives clear easy to follow instructions and accounts for everyone's pace and ability. As a Chartered Physiotherapiast the benefits of yoga can't be underestimated. Sara's extensive knowledge and teaching ability makes for a wonderful experience that I look forward to weekly.

My daughter has done kids yoga with Sara for the past three years ( and her summer yoga and art camps) and loves every minute of the classes. She makes the learning fun but at the same time ensures good technique. The new yoga studio in salthill is fabulous and really adds to the classes
