Iyengar Inspired Adult Yoga Classes


Sara Falvey offers Iyengar inspired Yoga classes in a fully equipped, bright yoga studio in Lower Salthill, Galway. Small classes ensure attention is given to each student. Thursdays at 6.30pm & 8pm in Devon Park Holistic Centre. All levels welcome. Booking Essential.

What to expect:

Sara teaching style is clear and informed.  Her weekly classes are always varied, and blend a strong and steady alignment based practice, with slower restorative poses and always includes pranayama and deep rest.  She ensures that each student’s needs are met in a safe and comfortable environment. Sara uses props to help students to deepen their practice, support during rest or to help students get into poses that otherwise might not be possible.



Sara’s classes are meticulous in their planning. She is amazing with props and she gives everything in her class. She is caring, and attentive to each and every person and knows what everyone needs. Thanks for being so inspiring!- Dee McP
